Use the Ticket Lookup Tool to retrieve and verify your order immediately.
You may download your tickets from the confirmation screen after checkout. You will also receive an email with the subject line “Your Tickets!” containing your download links.
If you do not see the email, check your spam or junk folder.
First, check your spam folder. If the email is still missing, use the Ticket Lookup Tool to access your tickets instantly.
If that does not resolve the problem, contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Door sales vary by event and are not guaranteed. When available, tickets may be purchased at the door, but buying online in advance provides the best opportunity to select preferred seats, avoid waiting in line, and prevent the event from selling out before you arrive.
Include the purchaser’s name and email address, the event name, the performance date and time, and the order number if available. This helps us locate the order quickly.
