How can I check the status of my ticket?
You can access and confirm your tickets at any time using your confirmation email or our Ticket Lookup Tool, found here:

Can I buy tickets at the door?
For most events, yes. However, we do recommend purchasing your tickets online in advance.
Buying ahead of time allows you to choose the best available seats, skip the line at the event, and avoid the risk of the show selling out before you arrive. Ticket prices are typically the same or higher at the door, depending on the event.
If you have any trouble accessing your tickets, don’t worry. We can always locate them for you at the event.

How do I get my tickets?
You may download your tickets from the confirmation screen after checkout.
You will also receive an email with the subject line “Your Tickets!” which includes your download links.
